I am not that fit and/or I have been away from a consistent exercise routine for a long time and am just starting out. Is superSTAR FITNESS BOOT CAMP right for me?

I consider myself fit/very fit, Will I be challenged enough? Will SSFBC be too easy for me?
SSFBC has competitive athletes to include marathoners, Tri-Athletes and others that participate in a wide range of sports and activities on a competitive level. ALL fitness levels can benefit and get SERIOUS RESULTS! No one is ever too FIT to benefit from SSFBC’s cutting edge style of training.
What is the difference between BOOT CAMP & A-CAMP?
BOOT CAMP is geared for the beginner-intermediate fitness levels whereas the A-CAMP is geared for both Boot Camp Graduates and the Intermediate-Advanced fitness levels.
What type of people join SSFBC?
People just like YOU! Individuals who enjoy working out in a TEAM environment and are motivated to make a positive change in their life. People seeking a change from the ‘normal gym routine’ and are seeking to build a healthy body, mind and spirit.
What do I need to bring to superSTAR FITNESS BOOT CAMP?
A exercise mat ‘or’ beach size towel, water bottle, proper workout attire, a good pair of cross training type sneakers and a P.C.D.A (Positive Can Do Attitude)
Will I get yelled at? What is the atmosphere like in SSFBC?
We pride ourselves on our highly motivating and friendly atmosphere. You will be inspired by both your Instructors and fellow boot campers to achieve greatness. The only yelling (if any) will be words of positive reinforcement, encouragement and motivation by your fellow boot campers.
Do you have a refund policy?
No, we do not offer refunds. If you miss classes due to vacation, business travel or illness we of course will credit that time toward your next session. However, we must be informed of the circumstances immediately to be issued the credit. There is no monetary refund and this is non-negotiable.
Do we work out if it’s raining?
As we use to say in the military “If it ain’t rainin’….We ain’t trainin’”! This is SSFBC – we train rain, shine or snow! Our Boot Campers often rave about the fact that training in the rain can actually be a HUGE motivator!
What are typical results achieved in six weeks? What can I expect?
While RESULTS vary for every individual, typical RESULTS achieved by SSFBC Graduates that follow our nutrition guidelines and program with maximum effort include a 3-5% reduction in bodyfat, loss of inches from head to toe, greatly improved sense of well-being and self confidence, major increases in energy levels, total body strength and endurance. Will I be sore?
Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) is a very natural part of the SSFBC process. It’s actually a GREAT thing and means you are using muscle/muscle groups that you may not have been using. Most Boot Campers can expect to experience DOMS the first few first week or two. The soreness will fade – it’s just part of the EXPERIENCE for most. TRUST US!
What happens when I complete my six-week session?
On the last day of every six-week Boot Camp we conduct a second fitness assessment in which your hard earned RESULTS are measured and revealed! Official superSTAR FITNESS BOOT CAMP T-Shirts are handed to graduates and a SSFBC TEAM Photo is taken to be featured on our website. You may find yourself registering for the next SSFBC! FACT: 90% of graduates return for another six week session or more!
