Fitness Beach Boot Camp Classes

One of primary goals at SSFBC is to make working out FUN and INTERACTIVE for our Boot Campers. Various team drills/relays and buddy exercises are conducted in which ALL fitness levels can participate at their ability and pace. This video features one of signature classes, 'Boot Camp Monopoly', which incorporates old school, military style body resistance exercises that deliver total body RESULTS. On sand 'or' turf - It's a FUN workout that'll make you SMILE & SWEAT!

Beach Boot Camp Fitness Orientation

During SSFBC Orientation and our superFIT PFT (Physical Fitness Test) you'll learn what you need to know to maximize your results while attending SSFBC and given the tools and information necessary to include nutritional guidelines that will help you reach your goals! You will also be assessed on your current fitness level which will be measured again upon completion of your six weeks. This video will give you an idea of what to expect.

The SSFBC ‘Experience’ involves maximum participation and modifications to the exercises and drills we conduct can me modified to accommodate ALL fitness levels and those with pre-existing limitations due from past injuries.
