Our stellar TEAM of highly trained former military and Elite fitness experts utilize world-class physical training techniques practiced by the U.S. military combined with the latest cutting edge fitness trends/tools to produce total body RESULTS - 2nd to NONE!  We are committed to helping our Boot Campers achieve peak physical condition or as we use to call it in the military ‘Peak Operational Readiness’!

Founded by a former U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer and born by America’s elite military forces and its values and principles our FOUNDATION (the basis of who we are, what we do, what we stand for and the ‘why’ we do it) is 100% AUTHENTIC.  Don't be fooled by imitations.

To Get 'YOU' superFIT – this is beyond fitness…

The first step in the SSFBC EXPERIENCE is to attend our superFIT PFT (Physical Fitness Test) and Orientation in which you’ll meet the SSFBC TEAM and fellow Boot Campers. You’ll learn what you need to know to maximize your results while attending SSFBC and will be given the tools necessary to help you reach your goals!  You will also be assessed on your current fitness level which will be measured again upon completion of your six weeks – Not only will you feel and see the results achieved – they will be measured and recorded during your before and after superFIT PFT!

The SSFBC superFIT PFT includes:

  • Upper/Lower Body Muscle Strength/Endurance Assessment
  • Cardio & Leg Muscle Endurance Assessment
  • Weigh In, Body Fat Test
  • Circumference Measurements, Before/After Photos (Optional)

What you'll need:

  • Running shoes/Cross trainers
  • Dumbbells - 1 Set (Women: Between 3-5lbs. / Men: 5-10 lbs.)
  • Exercise mat ‘or’ Beach Size Towel
  • Water
  • Layered attire for the outdoors
  • Weightlifting gloves (optional)
  • Heart rate monitor (optional)

SSFBC is designed to safely and effectively transform and condition your entire body.  You’ll never experience the same workout twice and each day will include all aspects of physical fitness training to include:

  • Dynamic and Static Stretching
  • Running / Jogging / Walking
  • Sand Drills - Increases Cardio output 30%-40% more!
  • Military / Sport Type Exercise Drills
  • P.R.E’s - Partner Resistance Exercises
  • Team Exercise Drills, Games and Obstacle Courses
  • Dumbbell, Tubing, Medicine Ball and Body Bar Exercises
  • Core Training
  • Agility and Balance Conditioning Drills
  • Jumping Rope
  • Yoga / Pilates Exercise
  • Stair, Ramp, Steep Hill Cardio Work (Advanced Fit Levels)
  • TRX Suspension Training (Advanced Fit Levels)
  • Plyometrics (Advanced Fit Levels)


You’ve completed six weeks of superSTAR FITNESS BOOT CAMP. You are now a SSFBC 'Veteran' and are STRONGER in Mind-Body and Spirit then ever before!  You may decide to re-enlist for another six week session as many of our 'Veterans' do. HOOAH!
